Bulls Defeat Pistons 126-108

PARIS – The Chicago Bulls defeated their bitter rival the Detroit Pistons in Paris by 126-108 on Thursday.  Bulls’ DeMar DeRozan earned 26 points along with Nikola Vucevic adding 16 points with 15 rebounds and 6 assists.  Ayo Dosunmu added 13 points along with Derrick Jones, Jr. providing 12 points for the Bulls.  

The losing Pistons, who traveled 4,000 miles to call Paris the Home Court, saw Bojan Bogdanovic finish with 25 points with Hamidou Diallo adding 17 points for Detroit.

Wizards Defeat Bulls 100-97

CHICAGO – The Washington Wizards defeated the Chicago Bulls 100-97 in Washington on Thursday.  Bulls Zach LaVine missed an 18 footer in the last 2 seconds of the game but scored 38 points for the game.  LaVine had tied the game at 97 during the fourth as the clock shot ran out.  DeMar DeRozan missed his first game of the season due to a quadriceps strain.

Wizards Kyle Kuzma broke a tie game with a stunning 3-pointer sending our Bulls to the showers for the long silent trip home.  Kuzma racked up 21 points with Anthony Gill adding 18 points and Monte Morris gaining 17 points.

Celtics Beat Bulls 107-99

CHICAGO – The Boston Celtics beat the Chicago Bulls 107-99 in Boston.  Bulls Zach LaVine led with 27 points scoring 15 in the fourth.  Nikola Vucevic came in behind LaVine with 21 points with 13 rebounds.  DeMar Rozen scored 13 points but suffered a strained right quadriceps in the third.  Celtics Grant Williams earned 20 points along with Malcolm Brogdon.  Al Horford made a winning 3-pointer with 24 seconds left to play.

Bulls Take Down Jazz, 126-118

CHICAGO – The Chicago Bulls beat the Utah jazz Saturday at the United Center 126-118.  Bulls star players of the game included Zach LaVine who scored 36 points and made three consecutive 3-pointers in the fourth.  DeMar DeRozen finished with 35 points.  This is the third win in a row for the “Bull” bringing them to 19-21.

Jazz forward Lauri Markkanen led the Jazz with 28 points with Ochai Agbaji rounding out the game with 19 points.

Bulls Beat 76ers in Philly

PHILADELPHIA – The Chicago Bulls beat the Philadelphia 76ers 126-112 on Friday in Philadelphia.  Bulls shooting guard Zach LaVine scored 41 points with 11 of 13 3-pointers.  LaVine silenced the house with three 3-pointers in under two minutes to bring the “Bull” to 88-74 in the last three minutes of the third quarter.

Bulls center Nikola Vucevic secured 19 points, 18 rebounds, and 10 assists and topped his performance in the game with a triple double.

The 76ers guard Tyrese Maxey scored 26 points with six assists.  Forward Tobias Harris seconded with 22 points while Montrezl Harrell and James Harden secured 17 points each. 

The 76ers were showing weakness on the court as the Bulls trampled the “over-the-hill” forward P.J. Tucker and the loss of center Joel Embild to soreness in his left foot.

Bulls Break Nets 121-112

CHICAGO – The Chicago Bulls beat the Brooklyn Nets Wednesday 121-112 at the United Center.  The Nets’ Kevin Durant scored 44 points but was shut down by Bulls’ Nikola Vucevic with 21 points and 13 rebounds along with Ayo Dosunmo’s 17 points.  Demar DRozan and Patrick Williams added a combined 22 points to finish it off, breaking two game losses to the Cavaliers.
