CHICAGO – A Chicago man has been charged in the murder of an Austin neighborhood woman in 2020.
According to the Chicago Police Department, Victor Terrell, 35, was taken into custody on Friday when he was identified as the man who, on Nov 9, 2020, allegedly participated in the arson death of a 34-year-old woman in the 5000 W. block of Gladys Ave.
Terrell was charged with one felony count of first-degree murder, one felony count of aggravated arson in the presence of a known person, and one felony count of concealment of a homicidal death.
