BIRMINGHAM, AL – The Board of Directors of Vulcan Materials Company declared a quarterly cash dividend on Saturday of $0.43 cents per share on its common stock. The dividend will be payable on June 9, 2023, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 26, 2023.
Vulcan Materials Company is an American company headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama. Vulcan is engaged in the production, distribution, and sale of construction materials. Vulcan is the largest producer of construction gravel, crushed stone, and sand, and employs approximately 12,000 people at over 400 facilities.
