CHICAGO – A Chicago man has been charged in the robbery of another man and for possessing a stolen vehicle.
Chicago police said, on Tuesday, Djon Nooner, 22, of the 5300 block of S. Wallace St, allegedly robbed a male victim, 65, in the 7100 block of S. Ashland Ave. After further investigation officers located Nooner in a vehicle that was reported stolen on Tuesday.
Nooner was taken into custody Wednesday and has been charged with one felony count of robbery of a victim older than 60 years of age and one felony count of possessing a stolen vehicle.
Nooner is expected to appear in bond court at 2600 S. California on February 17.
