CHICAGO – A man stole a vehicle in the West Town neighborhood on Saturday that contained a 4-year-old child. According to Chicago police, around 3:30 pm, a 39-year-old man left his vehicle running on West Hubbard near Paulina with a 4-year-old child inside. Police said a male suspect then stole the vehicle with the child inside. The stolen vehicle was then left several blocks away with the child still inside. Police are investigating.
