CHICAGO – A man has been charged in the robbery of a 17-year-old girl in the Humboldt Park neighborhood. According to Chicago police, 29-year-old Edgardo Negron, of Chicago, allegedly robbed the teen girl in the 900 block of North California Avenue. Negron was taken into custody and charged with robbery and aggravated battery in a public place. Negron is expected in bond court on Friday.
