CHICAGO – A man was shot Wednesday in the Back of Yards neighborhood on the South Side. According to Chicago police, the 21-year-old victim was shot in the head while he was outside with two other people around 6:40 am in the 4700 block of South Wolcott Avenue when three male suspects approached them and started yelling before firing shots. The victim was taken to an area hospital where he is listed in critical condition. Police are investigating.
