CHICAGO – Marauders combed Chicago’s West Side Monday morning robbing 6 victims in separate incidents.
Chicago police said the suspects pulled up in a dark-colored SUV and exited the vehicle before approaching victims and robbing the victims of their valuables at gunpoint. It was also reported that two of the victims were pistol-whipped.
In a community alert, CPD said the robberies occurred in at the following locations:
6:30 am in the 3800 block of West Ohio Street in East Garfield Park
6:35 am in the 1000 block of North Central Park Avenue in Humboldt Park
6:45 am in the 3200 block of West Huron Street in East Garfield Park
6:50 am in the 1000 block of North Ridgeway Avenue in Humboldt Park
7:00 am in the 3300 block of West Grand Avenue in Humboldt Park
9:28 am in the 3700 block of West Thomas Street in Humboldt Park
The suspects are described as between 13 to 35 years of age dressed in all black, wearing black ski masks and armed with black handguns.
