CHICAGO – Chicago police release photos of suspect that brutally stabbed a CTA rider.
According to police reports, a man was stabbed on the CTA Blue line late Monday night at the Clinton Blue Line Station in the West Loop. James Parsons, 43, was found by police with a stab wound to the chest. Parson was rushed to Stroger Hospital and later pronounced dead.
Surveillance photos depict a Black male suspect with a beard and approximately between the ages 35 to 55-years-old. Police reports indicate Parsons was stabbed multiple times by the suspect as he exited the LaSalle Street platform.
The police are asking for help in identifying the suspect and remind citizens that all riders are at risk when good citizens do not come forward to help bring criminals to justice.
