CHICAGO — A 15-year-old has been charged with the carjacking of a 66-year-old man in the Brainerd.
Chicago police said the 15-year-old was identified by the 66-year-old victim as the carjacker which occurred at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday in the 9100 block of South Parnell.
According to CPD, the teen was arrested and charged with armed aggravated vehicular hijacking; receiving, possessing, and selling a stolen vehicle; and possession of ammunition without a FOID card.
