CHICAGO – A food delivery driver was carjacked in the Logan Square neighborhood on Wednesday night.
According to Chicago police, at 8:50 p.m., a 40-year-old man got out of his car to deliver food when he was approached by a man who asked for his assistance in the 2400 block of North Western Avenue.
When the driver turned to speak to him, he was shoved to the ground, and the man fled southbound on Western Avenue in his gray Volkswagen Jetta.
The delivery driver was unharmed and refused medical attention at the scene.
No suspects are in custody.
