Teen Charged In Douglas Park Murder

CHICAGO – Chicago police have charged Detrevion Williams, 18, with two counts of first-degree murder of individuals in the Douglas Park area last July. 

On July 21, according CPD reports, Williams allegedly took part in the murder of a 15-year-old male and a 16-year-old male in the 2200 block of W. Douglas Blvd.  Both victims were killed by gunshots.  Williams was taken into custody by police on Monday.

According to Chicago police, Williams lives in the 3900 block of W. 14th St. Chicago, IL.

Williams is scheduled to appear in central bond court t 2600 S. California on Nov. 24th.
