CHICAGO — According to Chicago police, a tow truck driver attempting to provide service was fatally shot in Englewood on the South Side on Sunday morning. The 27-year-old, who has yet to be identified, was attempting to provide service in the first block of West 57th Street around 3:50 a.m. when someone approached and opened fire, according to police. According to CPD, he was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center, where he died.
