CHICAGO — On Tuesday, a 19-year-old Irving Park man was charged with attempted first-degree murder.
Alexandru Mihai is charged with one count of felony attempted first-degree murder, one count of felony possession of a stolen vehicle, and one count of felony possession of a controlled substance. CPD identified Mihai as the suspect wanted for aggravated battery with a firearm.
The incident happened on Tuesday in the 4200 block of North Western Avenue.
