HALAS HALL — On Wednesday, the Chicago Bears signed veteran linebacker Alec Ogletree to a one-year contract. Ogletree, who stands 6-foot-2 and weighs 235 pounds, has started all but one of the 95 games he has appeared in since the St. Louis Rams selected him with the 30th overall pick in 2013 out of Georgia. In eight seasons with the Rams, Giants, and Jets, he has 7 1/2 sacks and 12 interceptions. Ogletree was signed to the Jets’ practice squad in Week 1 of last season, but was released after three tackles in two games.
