CHICAGO — An artist is attempting to paint peace into the city of Chicago.  Kyle Holbrook, a native of Pennsylvania, finished painting a mural in Logan Square on Tuesday.  The mural, which is located on North Milwaukee Avenue, is part of Holbrook’s national tour to combat gun violence.  Holbrook has been affected by gun violence, having lost the majority of his childhood friends to it.  He believes that visual reminders to end violence and promote peace will help to combat the problem.
